Life by Design, Not Default
What if you stopped living the life you were expected to live and started creating the life you actually want?
Welcome to Life by Design, Not Default, where transformational speaker, coach, and storyteller Rockstar Jess brings you real conversations about personal growth, healing, self-discovery, and the courage to show up as your authentic self.
Through powerful stories, honest conversations, and inspiring insights, Jess challenges you to break free from limiting beliefs, stop playing small, and start making intentional choices that align with who you are and who you’re becoming.
Whether you’re navigating change, rediscovering your purpose, or learning to put yourself first, this podcast is your reminder that you have the power to rewrite your story.
It’s time to stop shrinking, take up space, and become unapologetically visible.
Because the life you love isn’t found by default. It’s created by design.

Learning to Lean on Your Tribe!

Today, I am joined by Lynn Laporte. In case you didn’t catch Lynn in the earlier episode, she is an Esthetician and a nationally certified reflexologist with over 30 years of experience. This is a very transparent episode as I’m leaning on part of my tribe in real time. I like many have been dealing with some personal issues and it’s great to have someone like Lynn to talk to and think things through. I truly believe that it’s beyond powerful when women can get together and lift each other up because we carry so much. So…please listen as I pour out my pain, the ebbs and flows, and the highs and lows. I want you to know that it’s okay to go through some things, we all are but you don’t have to do it alone.
Be sure to tune in each week for fresh new episodes.
