In this episode of Rockstar Mindset, we are talking all about nutrition. I’ve stated many times that I have struggled with my weight in the past and I’ve had to leap many hurdles to lose over 100 pounds.

I’ve had surgeries, I’ve tried every diet, and I’ve taken different supplements. I had to learn to move my body and enjoy food in moderation. Now I’ve reached the point where I’m serious about my nutrition and tracking my macros.

This is a massive leap for me because I didn’t even know what macros were and I was admittedly intimidated at the thought of tracking. The fear of failing was crippling to me.  However, I have hired a nutrition coach that you may know (@fuelup.withtheresa), and I’m sharing this information with you in real time as I go through these experiences.
